All orders are packed and shipped from the Suzuki Warehouse in Satte, Saitama Prefecture.

| Warehouse processing time | 1–3 business days from when payment is recorded. |
| Delivery time | Usually 1–3 days after handover to the carrier, depending on the area. |
| Fees | Based on parcel size, weight, and delivery area, and shown before you submit your order. |
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may take longer. Processing time is also longer during long holiday periods in Japan.
Listed prices for orders delivered within Japan include Japanese consumption tax.
Large items
Furniture, large home appliances, and oversized products are delivered by a specialized service. Delivery timeframes and fees are quoted separately on the product page or before Order Confirmation. Some oversized products can be delivered only within Japan.
