| Returns and exchanges (返品・交換について / 返品特約) | Products are pre-owned goods, one-of-a-kind items, and have been inspected and their condition disclosed. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind by the Customer or due to signs of use stated in the description and images. Returns are accepted and a full refund will be provided if the Product differs significantly from the Stated Condition, the wrong Product is delivered, the Product does not operate despite being disclosed as operational, the Product is damaged during shipping, is counterfeit, or is lost. The Customer must notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt via email or account. If the fault is attributable to Suzuki, Suzuki will bear the return shipping costs. | Order cancellation (キャンセルについて) | Cancellation is free before the parcel is handed over to the carrier. After that time, cancellation is not possible. |
| Validity period of Orders (申込みの有効期限) | Orders pending bank transfer are valid for 3 days. |
| Quantity limitations (販売数量の制限) | Only one unit is available for each Product. The Product will be allocated to the Customer whose payment is recorded first. |
| Defective goods (不良品について) | Suzuki discloses defects identified during inspection in the description of each Product. J-grade Products (sold as-is) are not guaranteed to operate and are not accepted for return on the grounds of defect. |
| When provision is not possible (商品を提供できない場合) | If the Product is no longer available after an Order is placed, Suzuki will refund the full amount paid, including shipping fees. |
