Products Restricted for Shipping
Items that cannot be sent to every country or by every method.

Some products cannot be sent to certain countries or by certain methods, including but not limited to:
- Products with lithium batteries (cameras, electronic devices) — shipped only by methods that accept batteries, in accordance with the carrier’s dangerous goods rules;
- Sprays, flammable liquids, perfumes, and cosmetics containing alcohol;
- Products with parts from protected animals (ivory, skins of certain species, coral) under the CITES Convention;
- Antiques that require export permission under Japanese regulations;
- Knives, swords, and sharp objects that are restricted in the destination country;
- Products prohibited from import into the destination country under that country’s laws;
- Oversized products that exceed the limits of the international carrier.
When Suzuki finds that a product cannot be delivered to your address, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid for that product.
If a parcel is seized or destroyed by customs in the destination country due to a violation of import regulations that the Customer is responsible for checking, it is not refundable.
