Place an Order

   Choose a Product

   Read the condition description and condition grade carefully, then add it to your cart or buy it now.

   Choose an address and shipping method

   Available methods depend on the destination country and the Product itself; for example, goods with lithium batteries can only be sent by methods that accept batteries.

   Check the total amount

   Before submitting the Order, you see the full total amount payable to Suzuki: the Product price, shipping fees, and any other fees. For Orders shipped outside Japan, import duties and fees in the destination country are not included in this amount.

   Pay

   Choose a card, bank transfer in Japan, or Suzuki Balance, then complete payment.

When the Order is formed

Submitting an Order is an offer to purchase. The sales contract is formed only when Suzuki records successful payment and sends the Order Confirmation. The Product is held for you from that time, not from when you add it to your cart. For bank transfers only, the Product is held for 3 days from when you place the Order while we wait for the funds to arrive.

When Suzuki must cancel an Order

Suzuki may refuse or cancel an Order, even after it has been confirmed, if the Product is no longer available, damaged, or lost before handover to the carrier; if a material error in the price or description is found; if the Product may not be exported or imported to the delivery address; if there are signs of fraud; or if identity or payment cannot be verified when needed. In all of these cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.
