Understanding the S, A, B, C, and J condition scale
How to read condition grades, photos, and descriptions so you know exactly what you are about to buy.

This is the most important part when buying pre-owned goods. Each product is inspected by Suzuki, assigned its own item management code, and has its condition stated before sale.
Condition scale
| Grade | Name | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| S | Like New | Unused or almost unused, with no visible signs of use. |
| A | Very Good | Very light signs of use, works normally. |
| B | Good | Visible signs of use, but works normally. |
| C | Heavily Used | Clear wear, may be missing accessories, specifically stated in the description. |
| J | Sold As-Is | Has defects or functionality could not be checked. Sold with no guarantee of operation, and returns are not accepted for defect-related reasons. |
What the product page states
- Actual photos of that exact product, not sample images;
- A written condition description, including significant defects Suzuki noticed during inspection;
- The condition grade based on the scale above;
- A list of included accessories, if any;
- Size, year of manufacture, and origin when Suzuki can determine them.
Suzuki inspects products with the reasonable care of a business handling pre-owned goods, but cannot guarantee that every minor defect will be found.
Warranty and authenticity
Pre-owned goods do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless the product page clearly states the remaining warranty period and accompanying documents. Suzuki checks the authenticity of branded products within the scope of its capabilities and internal standards; if a product is determined to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund.
