Suzuki

Guide for New Customers

Read this once to understand what Suzuki sells, how to buy, and how your goods reach you.

Updated 16/09/2026

Suzuki is a brand of SUZUKI & CO., LTD. (株式会社鈴木商会), a Japanese company established in 1982 and licensed by the Tokyo Public Safety Commission to deal in pre-owned goods. We buy pre-owned goods in Japan ourselves, directly own, inspect, and resell them. For every product on the website, Suzuki is the seller.

Suzuki does not make proxy purchases, place orders on your behalf from e-commerce marketplaces or other sellers, or accept shipping or consolidation for goods not sold by Suzuki. You buy directly from Suzuki, just as you would from a store.

Three things to know before you buy

  1. There is only one of each product.

    • Pre-owned goods are one-of-a-kind items: two items of the same model can still differ in condition, accessories, and price. A product is held for you only from the time payment is recorded. For bank transfers only, the product is held for 3 days from the time you place the order while we wait for the payment to arrive.
  2. The condition is stated in advance.

    • Each item is inspected, assigned its own item management code, photographed as it actually is, and graded on the S, A, B, C, J scale. Signs of use stated in the description are not considered defects.
  3. Goods are shipped from the Suzuki warehouse in Japan.

    • All Orders are packed and shipped from the warehouse in Satte, Saitama Prefecture. Delivery within Japan is by Yamato Transport and Japan Post; international delivery is by FedEx and Japan Post.

The process from choosing an item to receiving it

  1. 1

    Create an account

Register with your email, then set your shipping address and language.

  2. 2

    Choose a product

Review the actual photos, condition description, and condition grade. Read the defect section carefully before ordering.

  3. 3

    Place an order

Select your address and shipping method. Before submitting your Order, you will see the full product price and shipping fee.

  4. 4

    Pay once

Choose from the methods shown at checkout: card payment through Stripe, bank transfer in Japan, or Suzuki Balance. Available methods may vary by country. Normally, you pay Suzuki once; additional amounts are charged only if you request an address change, a shipping method change, or reshipment of a returned package. For international Orders, you pay import duties and fees in the destination country directly to customs or the carrier.

  5. 5

    The warehouse processes and ships

The warehouse packs your Order within 1–3 business days from when payment is recorded, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays, then hands it over to the carrier. It may take longer during long holidays (Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays) or when the product requires special packing.

  6. 6

    Track and receive your package

The tracking number is updated in your account and sent by email. For international Orders, you pay import duties in the destination country directly.

You have 7 days from when the carrier records successful delivery to submit a return request if the product differs significantly from the Stated Condition. For shipping damage, you should report it within 3 days and keep the packaging unchanged.
