Account setup

Shipping address, language, and display currency — it is best to set these up before placing your first order.

Setting up these three things in advance makes checkout faster and helps avoid an incorrect address.

Address book

Add your shipping address in the Address book section of your account page. For orders shipped outside Japan, the address must be written in Latin characters in the format used by the destination country, with a postal code if available and the recipient’s phone number.

Any costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address — reshipment, return, storage at the carrier — are the Customer’s responsibility. Suzuki does not ship to P.O. Boxes for express delivery, and may refuse delivery to third-party forwarding addresses.

Language

The website is available in English and Japanese. Change the language from the top menu; your selection is remembered for next time.

Display currency

Product prices are listed in Japanese yen (JPY) and shown on the website in US dollars (USD) for reference.

Converted amounts are for reference only, unless the website states that it is the amount actually charged. See the article Currency, Exchange Rates, and Consumption Tax for details.
