Before handover to the carrier
For an Order that has been confirmed but is awaiting bank transfer payment, you can cancel at any time before the money is recorded.
After handover to the carrier
The Order cannot be canceled. You have two options:
Accept delivery, then submit a return request if it falls under an accepted case;
Refuse delivery.
- The package will be returned to Japan and handled as a failed delivery: Suzuki will refund the product price after deducting the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any fees charged by the carrier.
When the package is returned to Japan
A package may be returned if the recipient is absent beyond the carrier's storage period, the address is incorrect, the recipient refuses delivery or refuses to pay taxes, or customs in the destination country does not allow import. When the package arrives back at the warehouse, Suzuki will notify you and propose two options: reship (you pay the reshipping fee and any incurred fees) or cancel the Order and refund.
Repeated cancellations
Canceling Orders repeatedly without a reasonable reason, or placing Orders and then repeatedly not paying, may lead to limits on payment methods or account suspension.
