Suzuki Balance
What the Balance is used for, and how to top up and withdraw it.

Suzuki Balance is internal credit recorded in your account, created from money you top up, refunds, or valid adjustments. The Balance is used to pay for Products, shipping fees, and valid charges incurred on the website.
Things to know
- The Balance is not a bank account, e-wallet, or independent payment method, and does not earn interest;
- It can only be used on the Suzuki website and cannot be transferred to another user;
- It is not deleted due to a long period with no transactions;
- You may request withdrawal of unused topped-up amounts through the withdrawal process on the website.
Refunds always go back to the exact payment method you used: if you paid with Balance, the refund goes back to your Balance as soon as Suzuki confirms it; if you paid by card, the refund only goes back to that same card, usually in 5–15 business days depending on the issuing bank.
