Identity Verification
Why Suzuki sometimes needs documents, and how long those documents are kept.

In some cases, Suzuki may request identity documents or confirmation of the payment method: to ensure transaction security, prevent fraud, comply with laws, or meet payment partner requirements.
Verification documents are deleted after completion, unless the law requires retention.
During verification, the Order may be temporarily placed on hold. Suzuki may cancel the Order and issue a refund if identity or payment cannot be verified.
